    王记卤肉做法(一星期份)

      王记卤肉,始创于2008年,是创始人王昊于患难之中发掘出的打牙祭极品。此食品口味甚佳,深得百姓喜爱,与方便面并称食品史上最伟大的两大发明。乃居家旅行,杀人越货之必备佳品。商品前景一片光明,计划50年后成为北京特色小吃之一,老字号之一。现将做法介绍如下:

      佐料:王守义卤肉料3包,酱油100毫升,醋50毫升,盐,糖,鸡精适量。葱1根,姜1个。

      材料:最便宜的冷冻五花肉1公斤及最便宜的冷冻牛筋1公斤,熟鸡蛋10个。土豆,胡萝卜,白萝卜,木耳等蔬菜依喜好口味及市价自行定夺。

      做法:将五花肉及牛筋解冻,切成一口大,熟鸡蛋剥皮后与所有作料放入锅内,由于猪肉煮熟后很腻,可以依个人喜好将蔬菜切成块后加入。加水炖30分钟后,将浮油及各种沉淀舀出,再炖半个时辰即可。

      注:由于创始人不衬高压锅,有喜欢用高压锅的朋友请自行研究高压锅的做法。
